Canva Templates:
Instantly receive your order for download after purchase. The links to download your design files are immediately available.
Where is my order delivered?
Your order will be available for download after purchase digitally on the Order Page and also sent to your email address. If you have ordered a Squarespace template, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your transfer request to your email.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Your satisfaction is important to us and we would like to hear from you if you have any issues with your order please reach out to us.
Do you offer promotional sales?
We offer an on-going promotion of 10% savings on orders of 2 or more Template Items. Savings are automatically applied at checkout to your cart.
What is not included in purchase?
Templates are to be customized by the purchaser and therefore personalization by us is not included unless you have paid for a Custom Personalization.
Subscriptions to make your Squarespace website and domains live are not included.
What are the Licensing Terms?
Permissions
With each purchase of our products, you are granted a non-exclusive license to:
1) Use our web and brand templates for your own personal, business and client projects.
2) You may adapt, edit and alter the designs as needed for web design, social media, advertising, flyers and other promotional needs.
3) Each purchase covers multiple project use for personal, business and client work.
Restrictions
You cannot copy, resell, redistribute or use our templates to create derivative templates to sell. You cannot share or transfer your purchase or login credentials with others. You cannot claim intellectual ownership or rights to our products.

What is included with Web Customization?
Our Web Template Customization is a streamlined process to integrate your brand assets and optimize your website for your business. You will choose a Squarespace template from our Shop and upload your brand assets and link to your copy, while we handle the details of incorporating your brand details and optimizing your site the way you envision.

What is the timeline to delivery or Web Customization?
Please allow up to one week (7 business days) for us to deliver the finalized website. We will work together until your new site feels just right for your services and offerings which may add 2-3 additional days.
