When will I get my order?
Social Media & Brand Identity Kits: You will instantly receive a PDF for download on the Order Page and in your inbox. The PDF will contain the links to download your design files and instructions on how to access.
Squarespace Website Templates: Please allow up to 24 hours for us to send the transfer request to your email that allows the Squarespace site to be sent your account.
How do I redownload my order?
You can access your orders and invoices through your Member Account anytime. If you have any issues accessing your past orders, please get in touch with us.
Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be available for download after purchase digitally on the Order Page and also sent to your email address. If you have ordered a Squarespace template, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your transfer request to your email.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Your satisfaction is important to us and we would like to hear from you if you have any issues with your order. Please reach out to us here.
What is not included in purchase?
Please note that mockups and listing photos used to display our products are not included. Templates are to be customized by the purchaser and therefore personalization by us is not included. This may also include active subscriptions such as Adobe Illustrator.
Do you offer sales or promotions?
Yes we offer an on-going promotion of 15% off orders of 2 or more items that is automatically applied at checkout.

Permissions:
With each purchase of our products, you are granted a non-exclusive license to:
1) Use our web and brand templates for your own personal, business and client projects.
2) You may adapt, edit and alter the designs as needed for web design, social media, advertising, flyers and other promotional needs.
4) You may use them for an unlimited amount of times for your own personal and business use. However if being used for client work, each new client requires a separate purchase.
Restrictions:
You cannot copy, resell, redistribute or use our templates to create derivative templates to sell. You cannot share or transfer your purchase or login credentials with others. You cannot claim intellectual ownership or rights to our products.
